Putian Weite Electronics Co., Ltd was founded in 2004, located in Hanjiang High and New
Technology Industrial Development Zone in Putian city, Fujian province,China. which is a high
and new technology enterprise specializing in amorphous silicon thin film solar cell manufacturing
in Fujian. Since its establishment, the company has successively invested 65 million (RMB) in the
R&D of the amorphous silicon thin film solar cell and the planning and construction of the
enterprise zone. The company has mastered the mature manufacturing technology of amorphous
silicon thin film solar cell, obtained several utility model patents and new and high technology
enterprise honor certificates, step by step cultivated and developed a group of professional R&D
and management team which reserved outstanding talent resources for the further development
of the company. The enterprise zone covers an area of 20,000 square meters, the first phase of the
planning has all been completed with 12,000 squaremeters covered area of industrial standard
factory and 6,000 square meters covered area of employee’s apartments, cultural, sports and
entertainment facilities, which provide the employees a comfortable environment for working,
studying and living.
All the products of our company are certificated by SGS to meet the customers’ requirements
of environmental protection. The amorphous silicon thin film solar cell we produced can be widely
used in calculator, auto darkening welding helmet, body scale, remote control, watch, thermometer,
wireless mouse, keyboard, toy, parking meter, charger and so on, based on the customer’s
requirement, we can design and produce the amorphous silicon thin film solar cell in all kinds of
models and with different thickness of the glass substrate. The company past the ISO 9000 quality
system certification on the first try in 2008, had built up a full set of strict products quality control
system for each production process, to ensure a continuous improvement of the superior quality of
the products steadily.
Based on the original mastered technology, the company continuously invests R&D and project
fund to increase the production lines and expand the productivity, the current annual output achieved
10MW; besides, we optimize the production technology to further enhance the product performance
to meet the customers’ higher demands, and the products’ applying fields are enlarged. The weak
light type of battery we produced ranks in the leading place of the trade in the share of overseas
market.
The company actively seek for the project R&D partners, we have signed a Production-study
-research cooperation agreement on working together to the R&D of the amorphous silicon thin film
solar field project with Guangdong Shantou university in 2008, which refers that we continuously
improve our manufacturing technology and theoretical level by means of cooperating and working
with colleges and R&D institution. In Shantou university department of physics, there are a group
of excellent academic leaders from home and abroad who will provide directional and powerful theory
support, our company will provide the experimental facilities and manpower support for the two sides
in project research and development , as the practice base of the two sides’ scientific research
achievement, we will actively pushing for the project R&D achievement’ process of industrialization.
